Flint Field Services E&I Coordinator

FLINT FIELD SERVICES CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Flint Field Services Ltd., a division of Flint Energy, is currently accepting resume applications from qualified candidates for the position of E&I Coordinator, located in our Fort McMurray Office for the CNRL Project.

Reporting to the Contract Maintenance Superintendent, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Ensure all personnel follow appropriate safety programs, rules and regulations
- Prepare weekly work permits and perform FLRA as required
- Weekly/Daily interfacing with Operations, Scheduler and Maintenance Coordinator to create work schedules
- Ensure proper and safe execution of work by contractors
- Coordinate and re-assign contractor crews in all emergency and urgent situations
- Educate contractor crews in BP maintenance processes
- Work with Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance strategy and operational production plans
- Provide Schedulers and Maintenance Coordinator with projected manpower availability
- Participant in turnaround planning and train outages
- Work with project teams to achieve seamless equipment integration of Phase 2 & 3
- Track area Key Performance Indicators

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years in a Maintenance Supervisory role, preferably in the Oil Sands
Knowledgeable of WCB and Alberta OH&S rules and regulations
Turnaround planning work management skills
Understanding of maintenance work processes

Education:

Journeyman Trade Certification

Key Competencies:

Strong team player
Strong attention to detail
Detail and results oriented individual with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently
Experience with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative manner with diverse groups of individuals;
Ability to clearly express BP Maintenance goals and expectations to contractor crews
