Flint Field Services E&I Planner/Scheduler

FLINT FIELD SERVICES CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Flint Field Services Ltd., a division of Flint Energy, is currently accepting resume applications from qualified candidates for the positions of E&I Planner/Scheduler, located in our Fort McMurray Office for the CNRL Project.

Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Ensures all internal Maintenance and Operations customers receive timely, efficient and quality service
- Short range planning following the 6 phases of initial job screening, analysis of requirements, job research, detailed job planning, job preparation and procurement
- Review Bitumen Production planning areas backlog daily to identify emerging work trends
- Build job packages for work that is not outage or shutdown related
- Create daily and weekly E&I work and PM schedules in P3
- Initiate parts and materials procurement
- Timely and accurate preparation and distribution of control reports
- MOC process gatekeeper
- Determination of resource availability
- Preventative Maintenance Scheduling
- Backlog Management
- Schedule follow-up to determine the level of schedule compliance and reasons for completion shortfalls


Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years in Maintenance Planning, preferably in the Oil Sands
Experience in Primavera P3 software
Turnaround and planning work management skills
Understanding of maintenance work processes
Competent on CMMS (JD Edwards an asset) and RCM practices

Key Competencies:

Strong team player
Strong attention to detail
Detail and results oriented individual with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to work independently
Experience with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative manner with diverse groups of individuals
